隐私政策
一、我们保存的信息
只有让账号能用起来所必需的三样：您注册时填的电子邮箱、 用于区分登录设备的设备标识（不含姓名、电话等身份信息）， 以及您的购买记录（订单与套餐有效期）。 通过 App Store 购买时，支付全程由 Apple 处理，我们只收到一张交易凭证用于入账， 接触不到您的银行卡或支付账户。
二、我们不收集的信息
- 您访问的网站、域名或使用的应用程序
- 您的 DNS 查询记录
- 您传输的任何数据内容
- 您的连接时间、时长与流量明细
- 您的真实姓名、身份证件、住址、电话号码
- 您的地理位置
- 用于广告或用户画像的任何行为数据
三、信息的使用目的
上述信息仅用于：创建与维护您的账号、验证您的套餐权限与设备数量、处理购买与退款、以及在您主动联系时提供客户支持。我们不会将您的信息用于广告投放或用户画像。
四、信息的共享
我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租、交易或披露您的个人信息，也不会将其用于本政策所述目的之外的任何用途。仅在以下为提供服务所必需的情形下，信息会被有限地共享：
- Apple：当您通过 App Store 购买时，交易与支付由 Apple 处理，适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
- 客户支持服务商：当您主动发起在线客服会话时，会话内容由第三方客服平台承载，以便我们的人工客服与您沟通。
- 故障诊断服务商：应用发生崩溃时，崩溃堆栈与设备型号、系统版本会发送至第三方错误诊断平台，仅用于定位与修复故障。该数据不含您的账号内容、连接日志或任何网络流量。
- 法律要求：在法律强制要求时，我们将在法律允许的范围内配合。但需要强调的是，我们不掌握您的连接日志与流量内容，因此无法提供我们从未记录的数据。
五、信息的保存与删除
账号信息在您的账号存续期间保存。您可以随时联系我们注销账号，注销后我们将删除您的账号信息与购买记录（法律法规要求保留的除外）。
六、儿童隐私
本服务不面向 13 周岁以下的儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
七、政策变更
本政策如有变更，我们会更新本页面顶部的“最后更新”日期。重大变更将通过应用内通知告知您。

Privacy Policy
1. What We Store
Only the three things required to run an account: the email address you provide at registration, a device identifier used to tell your signed-in devices apart (containing no name, phone number or other identifying information), and your purchase records (orders and plan validity). For App Store purchases, payment is handled entirely by Apple; we receive only a transaction receipt to credit your account and never see your card or payment account.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- Websites, domains or applications you access
- Your DNS queries
- The content of any data you transmit
- Your connection times, durations or traffic details
- Your legal name, government ID, home address or phone number
- Your geographic location
- Any behavioural data for advertising or profiling
3. How We Use Information
The information above is used solely to: create and maintain your account, verify your plan entitlements and device count, process purchases and refunds, and provide customer support when you contact us. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade or disclose your personal information to any third party, nor do we use it for any purpose beyond those described in this policy. Limited sharing occurs only where necessary to provide the service:
- Apple: purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy.
- Customer support provider: when you initiate a live chat, the conversation is carried by a third-party support platform so our human agents can respond.
- Crash diagnostics provider: when the app crashes, the crash stack along with your device model and OS version is sent to a third-party error-diagnostics platform solely to identify and fix the fault. This data contains no account content, connection logs or network traffic.
- Legal requirements: we will cooperate where legally compelled, to the extent permitted by law. We must emphasize that we do not hold connection logs or traffic content, and cannot produce data we never recorded.
5. Retention and Deletion
Account information is retained for as long as your account exists. You may contact us at any time to delete your account; upon deletion we will remove your account information and purchase records, except where retention is required by law.
6. Children's Privacy
This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
